Frequently Asked Questions

what is grammar, anyway?

Grammar encompasses all of a language's written and spoken rules, including but not limited to syntax, spelling, punctuation, and meaning. Specifically, our Grammar Matters line of products deals with the grammar of Standard American English (SAE), with references to non-traditional dialects such as Ebonics, 3l33t speak, chatspeak, and other SMS languages.

Have you ever read Eats, Shoots, & Leaves by Lynn Truss?

I have not, although from what people tell me, I'd really enjoy it.

What does jewelry have to do with grammar?

They both rock! Get it? Get it?
*Ahem*
What I mean to say is that there is no direct correlation. The core of the company revolves around the Grammar Matters™ designs, but that doesn't mean we can't expand our product lines, does it? And besides, who doesn't like shiny things? They're so dang shiny!

What if I need an order by or before a specific date?

Let us know as soon as possible - preferably as a note during the online checkout process. Or send us an e-mail. Either way works just fine. We'll do our best to work with you without incurring any additional shipping charges (overnighting is ungodly expensive!).

What sort of deals, promotions, or discounts do you offer?

  • Veterans get 20% off their order using coupon code 'vet'.
  • Members of the 501st Legion get 10% off their order using coupon code '501st'.
  • And anyone can get 10% off their order when purchase over $40.00 of merchandise and use coupon code 'bulk'.
It should also be noted that coupon codes are only valid during checkout using the blue GoogleMerchant buttons. However, customers may e-mail Paul the coupon code in order to receive a refund of the difference. And finally, coupons cannot be combined (sorry).

What if i'm dissatisfied with the product i purchased?

Then we will do our best to make things right. The first step, obviously, is to contact us. Just don't bite our heads off, please. We value those things quite dearly. You can read more about our returns/exchange policy here though.
